Speak to your Jobcentre Plus Work Coach about the programme to see if it is right for you or apply online.
If you are successfully referred you will be contacted within 48 hours to arrange an appointment.
You will meet with your dedicated Key Worker and talk about your personal circumstances, your health conditions or disability, and chat about your hopes for the future. The more your Key Worker knows about you the better support they can provide.
Your Key Worker will coordinate everything for you, from recommending group workshops to arranging one-to-one support from our qualified health professionals. They can also offer support for skills, health, housing and local government services and, will even provide in-work support as and when you feel ready to move into work.
